I've spent over 20 years running and owning businesses in the restaurant industry, most recently at a number of establishments in Sauble Beach and for over a decade in Toronto before that. As a year-round resident of Sauble Beach and father of two young kids, I love the good life here - beach in the summer, cross-country trails in the snowy winters and a community that cares immensely about its members.

I see enormous potential for life to get even better for those who choose to call South Bruce Peninsula home and I'm committed to helping realize that dream.

My restaurant experience has taught me about solving complex challenges - garbage, expenses, staffing and high quality service, to name a few - and I believe strongly in customer service.

In a kitchen, we communicate with our teammates loudly and often to keep things running smoothly and avoid pitfalls (hot behind! hands! service!), I think a similar kind of communication and commitment to efficiencies could help our town work better for all of us.

I hope to bring a new perspective to council and ensure that young families and the businesses that support our residents throughout the municipality are represented.
